I move to Daytona and soon get a job at Down the Hatch as a bartender as I'm driving home I'm stopped by a police man he says it's routine check and takes my license then comes back and says it's suspended I tell him that's a mistake he says computers don't lie and he leaves I go to the drivers license office and ask for a new one the woman say she can't give me one because I didn't pay a ticket in Deland I explain I never got a ticket in Deland she says there is nothing she can do I must see a judge I go to the judge's office and he sees me and goes on his computer then says this is ridiculous because while there is a man with my exact name who got the ticket, he is 20 years older than me he then calls the drivers license office fixes the problem then remarks, how could the police not see this?

Some time latter I'm driving and I'm surrounded my cars then they all disappear And I'm being pulled over for speeding I remark that I don’t know who you were looking at but it wasn't me he responds radar guns don't lie I go to court and plead innocent and before I could speak he tells the judge his car hadn't been calibrated In six months, ticket was dropped.

Its spring break 89 and I'm at a huge party out back of a hotel with about a 3 thousand Kids and I am talking to a girl when a guy walks by me and sticks his elbow out and Knocks the drink out of my hand and keeps on walking. I yell out hey....................From behind I guy kicks me just above the calvs and I drop to my knees , I then jump Up and turn around to see a short but muscular guy with a security shrit on getting in my Face I stop for a second and think this is a setup .................... I look back to my blind spot To my right and there is a much larger guy with a security shirt then I look to my left And there too in my blind spot is a much larger guy with a security shirt. I look at the Short security guy and say what the fuck..................... He responds with I thought you were going to start a fight and all three laugh at me and walk away.

A few weeks went by and I was working outside and I saw an argument in the parking lot I walk over and another bartender I think her name was Linda was tryingto stop a fight between two guys one was a big guy named Buzzsaw and some other guy, Buzzsaw was acting like a real jackass and in an attempt to further his asinine actions he elbowed Linda in the face, I said that's it, jumped up came down around his neck and corkscrewed him into the ground and grabbed his throat with my left hand and was trying to draw back my right for a shot, however, this was hard because two guys had my legs up in the air and I was now at a 45 degree angle head down and a guy named Hatch was completely rapped around my right arm and he was starting to come off the ground the only thing I had for leverage was my hand on his throat I was looking at him and he really wasn't fighting back, then in an instant, I got the feeling he knew he screwed up, so I let go.
